Do you need support for your career plans or tips for employment? Career coaching provides you with information, counselling and support that help you get a clearer idea of your choice of profession and career alternatives. Our career services are intended for all members.
Your membership fee includes two coaching sessions each year (á 30 min.) You can choose the subject of the coaching yourself. If you want to discuss your situation with a career coach, book the appointment via Coaching services portal (UP Partners).
In the career portal, you can watch free webinars and webinar recordings to develop your skills and support your job search. Whether it's creating a LinkedIn profile, updating a CV or a job application, or an upcoming job interview, you'll find content in the portal to help you develop your own job search skills.

We warmly welcome you to participate in Start to Finnish® - Advance Your Career in Finland, an online training designed for international union members who want to deepen their understanding of Finnish working life, labour market practices and society. The training is particularly suitable for those who are working in Finland or planning to build a longer-term career here and wish to strengthen their knowledge independently, alongside work and everyday life.
To be able to participate the training course, you need to be ASIA member. The registration link will be available in the ASIA member portal on week 24. After registration you will have access to the training materials.
The training is fully online and self-paced, with no scheduled lectures or fixed timetables. All training materials are available on an online learning platform, allowing you to progress at a pace that suits your own schedule. You don’t have to complete the whole training either, as you can also search and learn more only about the topics relevant to you at this time.
