ASIA Secure email

You can send messages and attachments confidentially by using Secure Message. Use secure messaging if your message or attachments contain personal identification numbers, bank account information, or other personal data that you want to protect.

How to send secure messages:

1. Open the secure message submission form by clicking on the Send Secure email (below tep 7)
2. Enter your own email address in the Sender's email address field.
3. Enter a subject and write your message in the Message body field.
4. If you want to send attachments, click on select Select attachments.
5. Select Send a Copy of the Secure Message to My Own Email if you want a copy of the message sent to yourself.
6. Press Send. However, your message will not yet be sent to the recipient. Confirm the submission according to step 7 instructions.
7. Open your own email and complete the secure message submission. A message has been sent to your email. Open it and click the link. Only now will your message be sent to the recipient. If you cannot find the message in your email inbox, also check your spam folder. If you do not confirm the submission through your own email, your message will not be delivered to the recipient.
